SnowGlobe Music Festival
The SnowGlobe Music Festival is three days of celebration combining the world’s best musicians with the world’s best snow conditions for a one-of-a-kind experience of music in the mountains. SnowGlobe takes place in December leading up to New Years Eve as the final night of celebration. There are multiple stages showcasing world-class musicians during this outdoor event. SnowGlobe is an all ages event and children 10 and under receive free admission accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Getting to SnowGlobe
To help make the transportation process as easy as possible, daily, round-trip rides now run directly to the festival from Reno and Carson City. If you’re coming from or staying outside of the South Lake Tahoe area, it’s now easier than ever to get to and from the festival safely. For $99, you can have a dedicated ride direct to SnowGlobe and back for the whole weekend. If you choose to drive to SnowGlobe, festival parking is available at the South Tahoe Middle School parking lot and shuttle drop off and pick up will be the intersection of Al Tahoe and Johnson Blvd.
Shuttle service will run from the South Lake Tahoe Transit Center (4114 Lake Tahoe Boulevard) and from the South Y Transit Center (100 Emerald Bay Road) to Al Tahoe Blvd. The shuttle service will drop off and pick up from the Bijou Community Park.

- December 29, 2017—1:30pm to 12:30 am
- December 30, 2017—1:30pm to 12:30 am
- December 31, 2017—1:30pm to 2:00 am
