East Fork Carson River: Hangman’s Run (Class II Whitewater)

On the East Fork of the Carson River, a truly wilderness experience is waiting for those who don’t feel guilty about unwinding and pampering all of their senses. This 21 mile stretch of class II-III whitewater, one of just three naturally flowing rivers in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, perfectly conveys the feeling of gliding down a wild river. The journey starts in the breathtakingly gorgeous Alpine County, where pine forests and breathtaking snow-capped peaks surround you.

Everyone Paddles and should be in good physical shape (weight limit 250 lbs.). No experience necessary. Includes lunch, transportation, equipment, and guided trip. Discounts for groups of 12 or more.
