The Fine Print
• To join #teamsummer, just use the hashtags #teamsummer and #tahoesouth with an image of you playing on Lake Tahoe’s South Shore this summer.
• The social media manager selects a fitting title from a table of name combinations.
• @TahoeSouth will repost your image with the title badge!
No purchase or payment is required to join #teamsummer. By posting your photo to social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) with both the #tahoesouth and #teamsummer hashtags, you grant Tahoe South permission to use/caption said photo. In addition, Tahoe South has permission to display your photo on our website and social media channels, and for your image to be used by us for future promotional efforts, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. This applies for both you and anyone else in the photo. All entries must be original photos. Multiple entries will be accepted. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content. Tahoe South is not obligated to use hashtagged photos, and if you would prefer to have your photo/post removed, simply let us know by emailing us at info@LTVA.org.
Eligibility: Open to individuals 13 years of age or older at date of entry.
Release: By posting content with both #teamsummer and #tahoesouth, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority (Tahoe South), related companies, respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest.
Limitations of Liability: The Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest.
