The Skies of South Lake Tahoe a Grand Stage for September 6 Performance by Fireworks by Grucci
BELLPORT, NY (August 28, 2015) – On September 6, the Tahoe Douglas Visitors Authority honors the men and women whose work made America great with a spectacular, World Class pyrotechnic exhibition over South Lake Tahoe. “Lights on the Lake”-- designed, choreographed, and performed by the world-renowned Fireworks by Grucci--will begin at 8:30 p.m. and will feature a variety of patterns, shapes and designs fired from two barges on the “Best Lake in America” (USA Today).
“We are honored to be part of such a powerful tradition in South Lake Tahoe,” said Phil Grucci, President and Creative Director of Fireworks by Grucci. “Our performance above this iconic lake allows spectators to reflect on the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.”
The 20-minute show features a simultaneous music broadcast that can be heard on local stations KRLT-FM 93.9 and KOWL - AM 1490. The fireworks are visible from any location around South Lake Tahoe. Check the link below for some of the sweet spots to get a front row seat.
