Catching a morning flight to get to an event or to recreate on the same day is doable. Seven airlines serve Reno-Tahoe International Airport, with 130 daily flights from across the US and Guadalajara, Mexico. South Tahoe Airporter can shuttle your attendees to seven resort hotels in a comfortable one-hour drive, or arrange for their door-to-door private shuttle service. A number of other transportation services provide more options to get you to your location.
Additional flights are available through Sacramento International Airport, about a two-hour, gorgeous drive from Lake Tahoe. San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland airports are a scenic three to four hours away.
