Annual Barton Foundation Festival of Trees and Lights
A holiday tradition on the South Shore for the past ten years returns to help children and adults of all ages ring in the holiday season. The Festival of Trees and Lights moves to a new home this year at Harrah's Lake Tahoe starting on Friday, December 6 and going through Sunday, December 8.
The seasonal celebration features events and entertainment including the Senior Stroll, Family Night, the Gala, and Teddy Bear Brunch.
Produced by the Barton Foundation to benefit community health, proceeds from this year's Festival support Barton’s Community Health Endowment and the Family Birthing Center at Barton Memorial Hospital.
Friday, December 6, 2pm to 4pm
All seniors (55+) are invited to attend the Festival for FREE and enjoy a host of special holiday activities in addition to fun raffles, and free pastries and coffee.

Special late-night Festival public viewing hours at a family-friendly price! Featuring Designer Trees, Holiday Displays, Mrs. Claus Gift Shop, Teddy Bear Hospital, Santa Photos, Live Entertainment, & Raffles

South Lake Tahoe's premier event is a not-to-be-missed, black-tie dinner, live auction, and fundraiser. Complete with a 5-course meal, exclusive silent auction, champagne welcome, dancing, and so much more. The 2019 Gala will raise funds for Barton Health's Family Birthing Center. New this year, a separate ticket is available for purchase to attend just the cocktail reception at the Gala from 5 – 7:00 p.m.
Teddy Bear Brunch
Sunday, December 8, 10am to Noon
Teddy Bear Brunch includes food and fun for the entire family. In addition to coloring books, crayons, and a goody bag for each child, kids will enjoy crafts, Teddy Bear Hospital, and a photo with Santa! Bring a favorite teddy bear from home, or from the Teddy Bear Hospital, to be pampered and dressed. Get your tickets early - this event sells out!
