Camp Shelly is on the south end of Lake Tahoe on highway 89 across from Baldwin Beach.
It is run by the Livermore Area Recreation and Parks District on Forest Service land.
There are 25 sites with the following amenities: flush toilets, wash basins, hot showers, faucets with potable water throughout the campground, bear boxes, fire rings with grills, volleyball, table tennis and basketball.
