St. Patrick's Day Happenings at Lake Tahoe

The “Luck of the Irish” at Lake Tahoe comes with a pint of Guinness, corned beef, and nightlife options that will make anyone missing out GREEN with envy.
The green beer will be flowing, the hot food dished out, and the Irish-themed music will surely shift your day into high gear.
Here are our favorite Irish-flavored food spots for one of our favorite holidays.
- McP’s Taphouse Grill. St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans 2024 at McP’s Taphouse Grill, Friday, March 17, 2024. Lake Tahoe’s BIGGEST, most infamous, and truly traditional St. Patrick’s Day extravaganza featuring the Guinness Girls. No cover, drink specials all day, live music, loads of giveaways, Eat, Drink & Be Merry!
- St. Funkin Patrick’s Day Party at Steamer’s Bar & Grill. Your shenanigans are welcome and encouraged! Steamers will be serving up delicious homemade corned beef and cabbage all day, along with their famous corned beef tacos. Drink specials ALL DAY.
- Tee up your St. Paddy’s weekend at Flatstick Pub!
Tip back $5 Putting Green Shooters and $5 Green Beers all weekend. Don’t forget to try your luck on the golf course. Golf attire is always encouraged, leprechauns and links lovers unite! Available at Flatstick Pub, Friday March 15th – Sunday March 17th.
- Get “Sham-Rocked” at the Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe! Enjoy food and drink specials at Alpine Union and Park Prime Steakhouse.
- Annual St. Patrick’s Day dinner at St. Theresa Church. Traditional corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots, and Irish soda bread are available for $15 per adult and $10 for 5-12 year old. Tickets for the event are sold at the door. Dinner served from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the St. Theresa Grace Hall, 1041 Lyons Avenue, South Lake Tahoe.
- Grab your green and head down to the American Legion Post 795 of South Lake Tahoe for a fun-filled evening that includes live music by Cash Only and at traditional dinner in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 17, 2024.
- Lucky Beaver Bar & Burger will have corned beef and cabbage, Irish car bomb’s and Coors light green beers.
- Audible’s Sports Bar & Gaming will have all you can eat corned beef tacos on March 17th.
- Fox and Hound Tahoe is offering smoked corned beef sandwiches with coleslaw, car bombs and Jameson shots!
- South Lake Brewing Company’s annual St. Barles’ Day celebration is being held on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Their beloved brew dog, Barley, is turning 11 this year, and they’re celebrating for a good cause!
- St. Paddy’s Day Party at Lake Tahoe AleWorX Stateline, DJ’s, food and drink specials.
- Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at The Grove. St. Patrick’s Day Specials will be served along side our regular menu.
- Sierra-at-Tahoe St. Patrick’s Day Scavenger Hunt. 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. Follow the rainbow to find the missing leprechaun gnomes all over the mountain. Stay tuned for hints on social, and if you are lucky enough to find one, bring it down to guest services to collect your pot of gold!
