From organic farming to biodynamic viticulture, there is more than one way to grow grapes and create delicious wines using sustainable practices! Shadow Ranch Vineyards located in the heart of the Fair Play American Viticulture Area is at the top of this movement. Their wines are produced using methods that have low impact on the environment reducing their carbon footprint as much as possible. Their vineyards are organically farmed and their operation is 100% solar powered. Shadow Ranch was established in 2006 and since then, they have been producing their award-winning premium wines with nature’s best practices in mind.
 
Shadow Ranch Wines will no doubt be a great accompaniment to the unique and delicious flavors of Latin Soul Restaurant at this year’s festival. Chef Alvaro infuses the wonderful flavors of Latin America including Mexico, Central & South America, and the Caribbean to create exquisite dishes including Rib Eye Churrasco and Chicken & Shrimp Chifa. Their specialty libations include beers & wines from Latin America, fresh fruit Mojitos, and the Latin Soul Margarita.
 
Peri & Sons is the final component in this tasting booth. This organic onion farm in Yerington, Nevada has a hundred year history of producing fresh and delicious onions of every variety.
